16. Refund Policy

16.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

You have purchased a subscription or one-time license and requested a refund within 14 days of purchase.

You have experienced technical issues that prevent you from using the Services, and we are unable to resolve the problem after reasonable attempts.

16.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Any fees related to services that have already been rendered.

Custom development, implementation, or consultation services.

Subscriptions or licenses after the 14-day refund period has expired.

16.3 Requesting a Refund

16.4 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
